ACMME 2023 is going hybrid!

The 11th Asia Conference on Mechanical and Materials Engineering (ACMME 2023) will be delivered in a hybrid event format, combining an in-person conference experience with a virtual component.

What is a hybrid conference?

A hybrid conference is a new innovative way of conferencing to learn, connect and network. Delegates can attend either in person or online from wherever they are in the world.
Delegates will experience all the usual highlights of ACMME including industry leading keynote presentations, the latest technical insights, outstanding networking opportunities, workshops and technical tours.
Through a powerful virtual platform, delegates will also be able to explore live and on-demand content, interact in live streamed Q&A discussions and engage virtually with other industry professionals.

What should you prepare for a virtual conference?

1. Computer/laptop
2. Camera (built in or external)
3. Microphone (built in or external)
4. Smooth and stable internet ( it is essential to make sure your internet is stable in order to get the best quality)

☑ Test Session:

Test everything before the conference, we will run a test with all online attendees before the conference to make sure all settings are in a good place.

☑ Virtual Platform:

Conference Secretary will send access information to online delegates while sending conference program. Delegates can get in without any charge, it's not necessary to open a paid account.
